General description
Dulbecco′s改良Eagle培养基(DMEM)是Eagle基础培养基(BME)的改良版，含有更高浓度的氨基酸和维生素及其他添加成分。据报道，原本的DMEM配方开发用于小鼠胚胎细胞培养，含有1,000 mg/L葡萄糖。改为4,500 mg/L葡萄糖后，适合特定类型的细胞生长。这种改良已被证明能够改善培养基的稳定性。
Application
Dulbecco′s改良Eagle′s培养基（低糖）已用于培养：
