General description
抗生物素蛋白 (Avidin) 是一种四聚体或二聚体的生物素结合蛋白，产生于鸟类、爬行动物和两栖动物的输卵管中，并沉积在其蛋清中。由生物素的 4 个高亲和力结合位点组成。ExtrAvidin ® 由蛋清亲和素制备而成。它是亲和纯化亲和素的改良形式，具有亲和素的高比活性和链霉亲和素的低背景染色。是一种由 阿维迪链霉菌 产生的生物素结合蛋白。ExtrAvidin已与碱性磷酸酶偶联，可用于多种技术。
