General description
Earle′s平衡盐溶液(EBSS)是生理pH范围内的盐溶液，可促进细胞自噬。通过上调分化簇(CD86)、人白细胞抗原-DR亚型(HLA-DR)和白介素(IL-6)，增强卡介苗(BCG)诱导的树突状细胞(DC)成熟。
Application
Earle′s平衡盐溶液已用于培养单层Caco-2细胞以诱导饥饿反应，可搭配HEPES缓冲液检测胰蛋白酶处理细胞中的NADPH氧化酶活性。也用于处理CEM RES细胞，进行氨基酸缺乏实验。
Other Notes
酚红已经被证明在克隆密度下会干扰一些细胞的生长。当处理干细胞或以低密度培养细胞时，可使用这种培养基。
