General description
Griess试剂基于Griess反应体系。其中的组分包括悬浮在水中的萘乙二胺二盐酸盐和悬浮在磷酸中的磺胺。该试剂可与样品中的亚硝酸盐反应,形成紫色的偶氮产物,可在546 nm处测量其吸光度。
