Preparation Note
在35-40℃以下，明胶溶胀并吸收其体重5-10倍的水，形成凝胶。明胶在热水中比在冷水中更易溶解。如果明显可见飞蚊症或浑浊，则可将溶液在45℃水浴中加热10分钟，以获得澄清无色的溶液。

0.15mM CaCl2、141mM NaCl、0.5mM MgCl2、0.1% 明胶、1.8mM 巴比妥钠和 3.1mM 巴比妥酸，pH 为 7.3-7.4。
