Gradient-forming devices

Constructed of two equal-diameter heavy-walled acrylic cylinders secured to an acrylic base. PTFE stopcock between cylinders is closed for filling, then opened. Exit port from mixing chamber is controlled by addition of hose and pinch clamp. Geometry permits use of magnetic stirring bar in mixing chamber.
