General description

胰高血糖素样肽 1 (GLP-1) 肽来自胰高血糖素原，无代谢活性。不过它可被加工成两种较小的酰胺形式，即 GLP-1 (7-37) 酰胺和 GLP-1 (7-36) 酰胺。它是一种天然的胃肠肽。

Application

人胰高血糖素样肽 I 酰胺片段 7-36 在 DMEM (Dulbeccos) 培养基中用于培养 3T3-L1 脂肪细胞，以研究脂肪组织 GLP-1 受体与肥胖和胰岛素抵抗之间的关系。
