Biochem/physiol Actions
来自豌豆(Pea)的凝集素对淋巴细胞（如刀豆蛋白A (Con A)）具有抗肝癌作用和丝裂原活性。
PSA不是血型特异性的，但对末端α-D-甘露糖残基具有亲和力。 PSA是一种类似于伴刀豆球蛋白A的促分裂原。
Preparation Note

Analysis Note
凝集活性以μg/ml表示，并且是通过1mg/ml溶液的系列稀释液（pH 6.8）（在磷酸盐缓冲盐水中进行稀释）进行测定。该活性是在25℃孵育1小时后，对2％人红细胞悬浮液进行凝集所需的最低浓度。
