生化/生理作用

亚油酸是一种n-6多不饱和必需脂肪酸(PUFA),是花生四烯酸(AA)和多种前列腺素的前体。亚油酸可用于改善抗癌药物的给药和疗效,并用于癌症保护。亚油酸显著影响膜功能。这种脂肪酸是生物活性代谢产物类花生酸的前体,类花生酸调节肾肺功能、血管张力和炎症反应。慢性脂肪吸收不良的婴儿会出现亚油酸缺乏。这种脂肪酸水平不足会导致婴儿生长发育不良、鳞状皮炎和免疫反应受损。亚油酸可保持皮肤水分含量,因此可用于局部涂敷。’
