General description
粘蛋白主要由碳水化合物单元组成,对结构结构和构象至关重要。粘蛋白的单体为640 kDa,蛋白质仅占分子量的20%。其中的碳水化合物成分附着在苏氨酸和丝氨酸侧链上。粘蛋白分为分泌型和跨膜粘蛋白。
黏液蛋白或黏液糖蛋白是哺乳动物黏液的主要大分子成分。它还被应用于评价细胞离心浓缩痰涂片检测抗酸杆菌的研究。
Application
