General description

The GlycoProfile™ labeling kit专门设计用于高效地使用2-氨基苯甲酰胺（2-AB）或2-氨基苯甲酸（氨茴酸；2-AA）来对N-连接、O-连接、及糖基磷脂酰肌醇（GPI）锚定的多糖进行高效标记。这些小荧光素可增强多糖的光谱吸收，提高HPAE（高性能阴离子交换色谱）、HPLC、及ESI-MS（电喷射质谱）等方法标记多糖的检测效果。其结合非常可靠，所得的染料-多糖轭合物也很稳定，在标记后的分析过程中不会发生降解。

Application

GlycoProfile™ 2-AB标记试剂盒用于标记人IgG、牛胎球蛋白和人附睾蛋白4中的N-连接聚糖。也用于标记小鼠脾脏中的游离寡糖。
