General description
RIPA（放射免疫沉淀测定）缓冲液是一种无需准备即可使用的即用型溶液。其可最大限度避免非特异性蛋白质结合相互作用，可维持较低的背景，同时支持实现最具特异性的相互作用，从而可以研究相关蛋白质互作。由于大多数抗体和蛋白质抗原不受该缓冲液成分影响，这种成分广泛用于免疫沉淀等应用。
放射免疫沉淀检测缓冲液（RIPA缓冲液）是一种裂解缓冲液，用于从贴壁和悬浮培养的哺乳动物细胞中快速、有效地进行细胞裂解和蛋白质溶解。
Application
RIPA缓冲液已被用作以下实验研究中的细胞裂解试剂：
- 基于成纤维细胞的外周组织深度表型分型，有助于对零星帕金森病(sPD)进行机制性疾病分层。
