General description

SSC缓冲液20x粉末是Southern和Northern blotting的一种标准试剂。该浓缩后的粉末应在使用前用分子生物学级水重构至指定的最终体积（终溶液为20x）。该浓缩液可直接使用，或稀释后制成浓度低至0.5x的SSC工作溶液。

Application

柠檬酸钠盐（SSC）缓冲液在微阵列技术中已被用作洗涤液。它也被用作荧光原位杂交（FISH）缓冲液中的一种组分。
