General description

Application
mirPremier® microRNA Isolation Kit has been used to:
- prepare small RNA
- enrich small RNAfractions from the human astrocytes for small RNA sequencing and bioinformatics analysis
- isolate small RNA from Vigna mungo tissues
- extract miRNAs to detect the expression of miRNA-16
