General description
胸苷5′-单磷酸由胸苷酸合酶催化的脱氧尿苷单磷酸(dUMP)从头合成而来。
Application
胸苷5′-单磷酸二钠盐水合物已用作标准品，用于液相色谱-质谱分析法(LC/MS)定量测定来自血浆和肿瘤组织间液的代谢物。它还已用作单种脱氧单核苷酸，检测其对人肠道恶性CaCo-2细胞和正常大鼠肠细胞系IEC-6细胞的生长影响。
