General description
Ascentis 系列色谱柱是 Supelco 科学家推出的第四代 HPLC 色谱柱技术。Ascentis 系列色谱柱是以高纯硅胶为基质，孔径 100Å，硅胶粒径为 3、5 和 10 微米。该色谱柱用于小分子的应用，柱内径可从微径柱（1.0mm 内径）扩展到制备尺寸（50mm 内径）。该系列包括 C18、C8、苯基、Si 和内嵌极性基团相（反相酰胺）。
