特异性

天冬氨酸内肽酶具有相对广泛的特异性。优先裂解：P1和P1′ 位置的疏水性残基，其中芳香族优先。

应用

胃蛋白酶已用于消化大鼠肝脏组织。

制备说明

工作浓度：0.05至0.5 mg/ml
储存条件（工作溶液）：在中性pH和无菌条件下，胃蛋白酶溶液可以在2至8℃下稳定储存至少1周。冷冻的酶溶液分装品可能更稳定。

溶剂为10mM HCl（5-10mg/ml）的储备溶液也可以在2至8℃下稳定储存至少1周。避光、密闭保存。

在40℃下短暂（2分钟）孵育对冻干胃蛋白酶或胃蛋白酶溶液的活性的影响可忽略不计。
