Probe kit

Our 4-line probe kit is the ideal tool for measuring electrical resistivity of thin sheets. The kit includes 3 probes with different spacing (14mm, 34mm, 54mm) for the measurement of a wide range of resistance values. All probes are coated with gold and have a line width of 1mm, line length of 5mm, maximum current of 0.5 A. Its main applications include electrical characterization of fibers, wires, tubes, etc.
